On January 19, at approximately 8 PM, the company's Jiangsu Lianyuan New Clean Coal Gas Project successfully commenced gas supply, marking its successful design, construction, and equipment.
It is reported that the Jiangsu Lianyuan 5000 Nm3/h Coal-to-Clean Industrial Gas Project, from its groundbreaking to completion, spanned over 100 days. Through precise design and high-quality construction, the company achieved its goal of transforming the new circulating fluidized bed coal-to-clean industrial gas technology into productive capacity and industrializing the project.
Compared to fixed-bed reactors, circulating fluidized bed coal gasification technology utilizes crushed coal with a particle size of 0-12mm as raw material, significantly reducing costs. It also offers distinct advantages in system power consumption and labor costs. Taking an example of an annual operation time of 8000 hours and a coal gas heat supply capacity of 54,000,000 kcal/h: raw coal costs are saved by 34.66 million yuan/year; electricity costs by 9.65 million yuan/year; and labor costs by 2.30 million yuan/year. Considering comprehensive consumption, labor, and fixed costs, compared to a two-stage gasifier, the unit volume coal gas cost is reduced by 0.15 yuan/Nm3, resulting in accumulated annual cost savings of up to 54 million yuan/year.
The successful gas supply of the Jiangsu Lianyuan New Clean Coal Gas Project will significantly enhance the company's reputation in the industry and provide a valuable development blueprint for related enterprises.
