Since April, multiple projects of ZHGAS have successively resumed work and production. While fully implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, all project departments, under the unified deployment and direction of the company leadership, have been diligently yet orderly carrying out construction work, striving to recover losses caused by project delays due to the epidemic. Currently, all projects have established dedicated epidemic prevention and control working groups, formulated special action plans and work procedures, and implemented specific epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements.
As of April, all ZHGAS projects have steadily resumed work in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements of their respective project locations. With comprehensive safety protection measures and effective implementation of management systems, project construction is progressing smoothly.
Guizhou Hongsheng Ammonia Synthesis Fixed-Bed Gasification Section Renovation Project
This project is a coal-to-syngas project for the renovation of the ammonia synthesis gasification section, featuring 2 gasifiers, each with a single unit capacity of 60000 Nm3/h. Upon completion, it will significantly enhance the automation level of the coal gasification process, achieve energy saving and emission reduction, and meet the existing ammonia synthesis production demand. The project team resumed work on April 8th. Following the resumption, project personnel actively engaged with all parties, and with the efficient cooperation and concerted efforts of all units, power was officially supplied on April 13th. After power-on, all system equipment is functioning normally with accurate parameters, laying a solid foundation for subsequent system debugging. The Hongsheng project is expected to undergo high-temperature furnace drying and system debugging in the latter half of this month.
Xinjiang Yihua Coal Gasification Plant Project
This project is a coal-to-syngas project for the renovation of the ammonia synthesis gasification section, featuring 3 circulating fluidized bed gasifiers, each with a single unit capacity of 60000 Nm3/h. The project team resumed work on April 8th and has entered the final commissioning stage. Currently, residual pipeline construction is underway, and activities such as pipeline purging, pressure testing, flushing, internal equipment inspection, and system commissioning are proceeding orderly as planned. The project is nearing its operational countdown.
Huiran Industry Coal Gas Station Air Preheater Renovation Project
This project is a customized circulating fluidized bed coal gasification renovation and upgrade project, aiming to improve the heat efficiency and gasification efficiency of the original coal gasification unit. The project team commenced work at the end of March. Currently, the hot/cold air ducts of the gasifier have been dismantled, and the prefabrication and installation of new pipe fittings have begun; the air preheater is being dismantled; steel structures are entering the pre-assembly phase; and refractory material construction has fully commenced. All work is proceeding in an orderly manner with the cooperation of the owner and various units.
Xiamen Xiangsheng Circulating Fluidized Bed Oxygen-Enriched Coal Gasification Project
This project is located in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is planned to build a coal gas station for a local integrated stainless steel smelter with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million tons, featuring 8 gasifiers, each with a single unit capacity of 80000 Nm3/h. This project did not cease operations during the Spring Festival and the epidemic period. However, the project team strictly implemented prevention and control measures in accordance with the "ZHGAS Project Epidemic Prevention and Control Plan." Currently, the installation of main equipment for Gasifier 1 and 2, which are part of the first phase to be delivered, has been largely completed, and pipeline installation is now underway. Gasifier 1 is expected to complete construction by the end of this month.
